This modern violin, probably built in Germany, is of excellent quality. Beautiful flamed maple was used for the mirrored back, the spruce top has a balanced, fine grain. The builder used a beautiful transparent orange/brown lacquer on a gold base. The violin is easy to play and has a powerful, clear sound. An ideal violin if you want to take a step from your first study violin.
